What You’ll Do:
As a Community Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of DRC for potential homebuyers, guiding
them through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You’ll:

Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and expertise

Guide prospective buyers through the entire sales process—from first contact to contract

Demonstrate model homes and explain floor plans, features, and community benefits

Collaborate with internal teams (construction, marketing, finance) to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals in your assigned community
What We’re Looking For:

Highly motivated individuals with a GREAT attitude and aptitude for success

A Georgia licensed real estate sales agent (required)

A competitive, motivated, self-managed person with a passion for sales

Proficient at self-marketing and social media savvy is a must

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-moving environment

2 yrs new home sales experience highly preferred
